Description
This is a sample of a state project in which my
ELD 2 students created in Publisher in small
groups. The graphs were made with Excel. Check
out both pages.

Biographical Paragraph

• Description
• My early intermediate ELD students conducted
  research, took notes answering a few given
  questions, and wrote paragraphs using Word.
• Writing Standard
• Early Intermediate
• Proceed through the writing process to write
  short paragraphs that contain supporting details
  about a given topic.

Event Flyer

• Description
• My ELD 2 students researched events and
  people of our city, and made up events based on
  what they found. Then they created flyers for
  their events using Publisher.
• Writing Standard
• Early Intermediate Complete simple informational
  documents related to career development.
