CONCLUSIONS
A low carbon economy is inevitable, and momentum
is growing rapidly We can stabilise and reduce
emissions but we need to pursue a wide range of
strategies Leadership is compatible with good
business performance Real progress needs - Real
leadership - Collaboration across sectors to
develop best practice - The right market
framework long, loud and legal Early movers
will gain long term advantage
