    Boot Camp/Central Plant and the Tulare County
    Juvenile Detention Facility in Visalia,
    California and was a Project Coordinator for the
    New Prison Construction Program the largest
    prison construction program ever undertaken by
    the State of California, specifically working on
    the Statewide Electrified Fence Program.
  • Highly experienced in all phases of construction
    management including planning, design and on-site
    supervision an a skilled communicator who has
    worked with many public agencies.
    Responsibilities have included site inspections,
    field issue resolution to insure compliance with

  • Susan was a key acquisition for Kitchell in June
    2003 and has been working with the San Jose
    Unified School Construction Program since 1998.
    Has participated in Kitchells in-house training
    for third-party administration of client labor
    compliance programs as well as Kitchells
    DIR-approved LCP.

    construction industry.
  • Most recently has served in a fiscal and program
    management capacity for the San Jose Unified
    School District Measure C Bond Program. Involved
    in the development of expenditure tracking
    mechanisms on behalf of SJUSD and in conjunction
    with Fiscal and Turner, being used during the
    recently passed 429 million Measure F Bond
    Program.

    major projects and the coordination of project

    with the creation of the Measure F Implementation
    Plan.

    projects since 1991.
  • Has worked as Program Designer and Senior Project
    Architect on a wide range of projects including
    the 15 million modernization of the Fisher
    Middle School campus and the design of the 10
    million library and classroom buildings for
    Covington Elementary School in the Los Gatos
    Union School District the 6 million youth
    center facility at Morrill Middle School for the
    Berryessa Union School District. Joe works with
    his clients to create practical yet inventive
    building solutions and presents information in a
    way that enables informed decision making.
  • His role in the program will be to manage the
    design of all projects. He will be verifying
    that architects are on schedule, meeting program
    intent and facility standards. He will interface
    with the District staff, site staff, DSA and
    other agencies to assist with resolving project
    issues.
