• Teachers active players in VET reforms
• INSET must provide practical knowledge and skills
  for new roles and functions.
• Continuous contacts between VET schools and
  workplaces to ensure mutual goals.
• Organisational and interorganisational learning
  is needed.

Suggestion for further work

• It is essential that teachers change their
  perception of their own roles and identity. It
  requires changes in the overall working culture.
  It is not only the individual teacher who is to
  become more professional, it is the entire
  organisation.
