• R1 is in build and test due in the new year

Driving principles

• NPfIT is the national ICT strategy under
  implementation
• NPfIT and Cluster is NHS, NHS CFH, Supplier
• EPR, CPR, NHS CRS, etc.
• Built in stages R0 is the initial release
  (through to R3)
• Built off a core commercially available product
  not bespoke
• All settings eventually building functionality
  and scope over time
• Its NOT just an IT project
