- Joint Use Center for Vibroseismic Sources
- Kuban State University
2- Joint Use Center for Heavy Vibroseismic Sources
was established in 2000.The Association for
Seismic Protection of the Black Sea Economic
Cooperation Member States was founded the same
year and took this Center as Joint Used.It is
equipped with four different types of
vibroseismic sources.Two heavy 100 t stationary
vibroseismic TV-100 sources.American mobile
vibroseismic Y-300 source.Two American 17 t
mobile vibroseismic A-1100 sources.Russian 10
t mobile vibroseismic CT-10 source.Moreover,
the Center is equipped with the hardware complex,
providing receiving and processing of seismic
data and signals excited by vibroseismic sources.

- Development of GIS Seismozona consists in the
construction of the fields of litosphere plates
Stressed-deformed state taking into account all
basis factors
11Earthquake forecasting is one of the unsettled
problems of the humanity. Earthquakes take a
heavy toll of human lives and bring tremendous
destructions
12Currently the only reliable earthquake precursor
is abnormal behavior ofanimals.

????????????? ?????????????? ???????Under the
auspices of the Administration of the Krasnodar
region, Russian and foreign foundations and
organizations, Kuban State University is
developing a Seismozona geoinformation system,
which is unique in the world. The concept was
reported at the Russian Academy of Sciences, at
the joint session of the Russian Ministry for
Emergency Situations and Ministry of Science,
during seminars and conferences in the USA,
Germany, Italy, Sweden, Greece, and Turkey. The
concept is based on the differential
factorization method, i.e. specially developed
mathematical tools

19The Earth crust is regarded as a deformable
elastic shell on a viscous-elastic sphere or a
half-space. Increase of seismic activity is the
growth of stress concentration.
20-
- Possibility of assessing stressed-deformable
state of lithosphere plates - Seismozona Model
21Some factors acting on the stressed-deformable
state of lithosphere plates
Faults
Ocean
Granite
Basalt
Upper mantle
Gravity field, Earth's rotation, preliminary
stress, temperature stress, Moons gravity,
atmosphere pressure, vertical and horizontal
movement of plates, solar activity, vibrations of
the sea area, activity of the upper mantle (at
the Mohorovicic discontinuity)
