Piece of Advice 1 Father and Mother

• Listen, my son, to your fathers instruction, and
  do not forsake your mothers teaching 18.
• A wise son brings joy to his father, but a
  foolish son grief to his mother 101.
• A wise son brings joy to his father, but a
  foolish son despises his mother 1520.
• Listen to your father, who gave you life, and do
  not despise your mother when she is old. 2322

• The rod of correction imparts wisdom, but a child
  left to himself disgraces his mother. 2915

But what about others?

• The Lord watches over the alien and sustains the
  fatherless and the widow, but he frustrates the
  ways of the wicked. Psalm 1469
• The Lord tears down the proud mans house but he
  keeps the widows boundaries intact. - Proverbs
  1525
• Do not rebuke an older man harshly, but exhort
  him as if he were your father. Treat younger men
  as brothers, older women as mothers, and younger
  women as sisters, with absolute purity. 1 Timothy
  51-2

Piece of Advice 2 Obedience and Prosperity

• My son, do not forget my teaching, but keep my
  commands in your heart, for they will prolong
  your life many years and bring you prosperity.
  Proverbs 31-2
• A generous man will prosper he who refreshes
  others will himself be refreshed. - Proverbs
  1125
• Misfortune pursues the sinner, but prosperity is
  the reward of the righteous. Proverbs 1321

Piece of Advice 3 Finding Gods Will

• Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean
  not on your own understanding in all your ways
  acknowledge him, and he will make your paths
  straight. - Proverbs 35-6
• Trust in the Lord
• Dont rely on your own understanding
• Acknowledge God in all of your life
• Then God will direct your paths.

Listen to the Right Sounds!

• My son, if sinners entice you, do not give in to
  them. 11  If they say, Come along with us
  lets lie in wait for someones blood, lets
  waylay some harmless soul 12 lets swallow them
  alive, like the grave, and whole, like those who
  go down to the pit 13 we will get all sorts of
  valuable things and fill our houses with plunder
  14 throw in your lot with us, and we will share a
  common purse 15 my son, do not go along with
  them, do not set foot on their paths 16 for
  their feet rush into sin, they are swift to shed
  blood. 17 How useless to spread a net in full
  view of all the birds! 18 These men lie in wait
  for their own blood they waylay only themselves!
  19 Such is the end of all who go after ill-gotten
  gain it takes away the lives of those who get
