other independent retailers, as well as to sports
and municipal channels. New ownership wanted to
ensure that the firms supply-chain capabilities
would support least-cost operations and future
growth plans.
  • Develop a demand forecasting model.

    of new farms and depots across the southern
    half of the U.S.
  • Develop a transportation management system to
    create cost-effective private fleet
    operations.
