  • Faculty Data elements
  • Title, i.e. Assistant Professor to Associate
    Professor
  • Contract Length i.e. 9 months, 12 months, less
    than 12 months
  • Tenure Track i.e. Assistant Professor,
    Associate Professor and Professor
  • Tenure Date i.e. date of receiving tenure and
    should be blank for non-Tenured track faculty
  • Tenure Status i.e. from No or Yes or vice versa

HR Data Type Mismatches
  • Consider records where Faculty Rank ltgt Faculty
    Title. For example, John Doe, Emplid 0000001
    Faculty Title Senior Research Associate and
    Faculty Rank Professor.
  • Consider records where Faculty Rank Assistant
    Professor and Tenure Date ltgt blank.
  • Consider Faculty Rank Associate Professor or
    Professor where Tenure Date blank.
  • Consider records where the Title is Professor
    and the Track is Tenure and the Tenure Status
    is NO.
