• I have a 59 year old employee...if I give him a
  manual for a new shop tool, he just wants me to
  show him how to use it because he does not learn
  by reading. The other day he started to replace
  a clutch when the work order said to BLEED the
  clutch fluid, he said the sheet said clutch so
  that is what Im doing.
