Roles and Responsibilities of Mentors

• Commit for 2 years
• Facilitate and inspire mentees in goal
  achievement and self-discovery
• Enable mentees to explore issues and generate
  solutions
• Keep track of mentees development
• Feedback to Program Coordinator on the
• performance of mentees

Roles and Responsibilities of Mentees

• Commit for 2 years
• Maintain regular contacts with the Mentor
• Take initiative to contact the Mentor and make
  arrangement for activities
• Be prepared before meeting the Mentor

Mentee Selection Criteria

• Candidates with good track record of
  participation in WYCHK and WYCHK PSA
• Candidates who are willing to contribute to the
  WYCHK PSA
• Candidates who take initiative to contribute to
  the mentorship program

Time Table

• 31 Jan 08 application closed matching and
  grouping to be finalized
• 16 Feb 08 panel selection at WYCHK
• Mentee candidates are requested to attend
• 01 March 08 opening ceremony at WYCHK
• Mentors and Mentees are requested to attend
