Background

• Request to ENVIRONET Secretariat to conduct a
  Survey of ENVIRONET Members activities in the
  areas of
• Environmental Fiscal Reform (EFR).
• Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA), Country
  Environmental Assessment (CEA), or similar
  instruments, and
• Greening of PRSPs.

Objectives of this exercise

• Provide an overview of who is doing what at the
  country level, thus facilitating the sharing of
  experiences (Part I)
• Help explore possibilities for future
  collaboration on these activities (Part II).

Structure of the Survey

• Main Survey compiles in table format, by
  recipient country
• Activities already underway (Part I)
• Activities which are planned in the future or
  tentatively envisaged (Part II)
• Annex compiles the filled-out questionnaires
  provided by donor agencies (again divided into
  Parts I and II)
