IPY Co-sponsored with NIC and organized the
symposium Impact of an ice-diminishing Arctic on

Arctic Council endorsed Arctic Marine Shipping
Assessment Promoting ARRV, IOOS, BARC, etc.,
and work with Alaskan delegation gov.
Participating in many interagency groups (JSOST,
