• Increase enrollment for the ETM Masters program
• Currently 160 students enrolled
• Estimate 30 to enroll in certification program
• Increase student satisfaction by providing an
  alternative to pursuing a degree.

• A process for evaluating the image of the ETM

• Research existing studies
• Technology networking capabilities such as
  library and Internet searches.
