The Corporate Plan details the performance
indicators that measure progress against the
councils corporate priorities. They are a
combination of nationally set Best Value
Performance Indicators (BVPIs) and local
indicators specific to Staffordshire Moorlands.
The Best Value Performance Plan (BVPP)
underpins the Corporate Plan by providing more
detail on performance trends and top quartile
performance. It details all of the local measures
and all of the Best Value Performance Indicators
SMDC is corporately reporting. Cabinet receives
quarterly reports detailing progress against all
indicators. Overview Scrutiny Panels receive
reports relating to the corporate priorities
scrutinised by the Panel.
