  • School To School Synchronise Timetable

Conferencing Common Sense
  • The camera should be facing away from
    Windows/bright lights otherwise your video will
    suffer from a silhouetted effect.
  • Try and maintain best possible eye contact for
    the majority of participants so ensure camera is
    close to the display at the good height and
    participants are 3-4 Metres from the screen.
  • The Microphone should be placed away from noisy
    objects such as projector fans, not directly in
    front of the speakers, and not to close to the
    participants.
  • Speak clearly but at a normal level
  • Avoid moving the camera unless absolutely
    necessary
  • Try to be on camera when speaking
  • Dont move Microphone without first muting it
  • Avoid trailing wires or taut cables
