Current Technical Status

• Fast-Track
• 37 Change requests
• 22 change proposals done
• 12 proposals pending completion
• 2 deleted (eliminated from consideration)
• 1 deferred to subsequent revision
• ISAC
• Three sets of ISAC resolutions that have gone out
  to approval of the WG
• 2nd round of WG approval for a few issues that
  were modified due to feedback in the approval
  process
• VHPI
• Draft LRM editing completed
• FT committee to review FT changes for VHPI
  impacts
• Pathname issue resolution proposed

Business Status

• Accellera
• Approved VHDL working group
• Nokia and Rockwell Collins have joined Accellera
  specifically to support the VHDL work
• Fast-track work will be available to the
  Accellera WG
• Accellera will use the fast-track proposals as
  they choose within their priorities
• IEEE WG will not push the fast-track proposals
  through independent of Accellera
• IEEE WG will remain active in order to receive
  issue reports, analyze them and make
  recommendations for resolution (traditional ISAC
  scope)
• Accellera WG will work on language enhancements
  that are the priority of the corporate
  supporters.
• Review 1076 WG PAR to ensure it is OK within the
  context
• Action item Steve Bailey and report by email to
  the DASC-SC
• Need to clarify responsibilities between IEEE and
  Accellera and avoid the 1364 and Accellera SV
  conflicts of the past
