To schedule a medical appointment, log onto
www.tricareonline.com and click the I Agree
button at the bottom of the page.

To register for an account, click on the
Register Now on TOL link in the right hand
column.

Complete the Sign-On Registration Form and Click
Submit

Log on using the MHS/AS User Account. Type your
username and password. Tricare Online will ask
for your beneficiary information. Make sure to
list Vilseck, Germany as your MTF Facility.

Click on the Personal Health link and select
Book Appointment.

Making appointments online is easy! You will have
two options at our facility New Problem/Urgent
and New Problem/Not Urgent. Well Woman, Well
Baby, Physicals, and Retiree Appointments will
fall under the New Problem/Not Urgent category.
After selecting the correct appointment type,
click View Appointments.

All of the available appointments under your
Primary Care Manager (PCM) will show up in a
calendar. Click on the time that meets your
needs.

Type in a short description of what the
appointment is for. After you click on the Ill
Take It! button, you will receive a confirmation
of the appointments day and time.
