• Or is installation of correctly built stuff in
  correct places sufficient? (incl. .cca file,
  libraries, etc.)

• Not all component providers are willing to use
  bocca
• Documentation requirements?

Proposed Solution

• Require toolkit components to provide basically
  the same results as a bocca make install
• Installation directories
• Use tool chain -config scripts
• Document tool version dependencies
