After submitting a requisition in MOES' Return to MOES the next day

After submitting a requisition in MOES. Return to
MOES the next day click on View Sent Files. If
you see a link titled View Response, open if up
to see why it rejected.

After you click on View Response, review the
error that DAAS provides correct resubmit.
In this example, the DODAAC was not correct.
