  • Mechanical cleaning by pushing every 2 minutes
    (without disruption of the measurement)
  • Cleaning with compressed air every 60 minutes.

load.

Clinker sticks to the probe, so that the probe
cannot be pulled out off the process any more.
Permanent turning of the probe prevents that
clinker sticks to the probe.

Defective cooling water hoses

The probe cables and hoses are damaged by
friction, which can lead to a breakdown of the
measurement.
The hoses are fixed in an E-chain, so that they
cannot be damaged.

Defective Sampling hose
The CEMTEC Solution
With the run-in and the retract of the probe the
cables are bent again and again at their
connections. This leads to an overstraining of
the material and the break-down of the
measurement.
The hoses are fixed, so that they cannot be bent
at the connection neither at the run-in nor at
the retract of the probe.

Slow extractive Measurement

The measurement is very slow, because all values
are measured by an extractive analysing system 15
or 20 m away.
The most important values are measured very fast
