   files and select OK.
6. At last, click Start Scan.

• Monitor drives after scanning the folder

1. Go to the Monitor Drives tab.
2. Mark the checkboxes for the hard drives
   containing the company file.
3. Now, you dont have to scan the files, if you
   move or change the company files on drive.
