What does an airline employee do?
  • Apart from piloting an aircraft, there are many
additional jobs and duties in the aviation
business that are required for a successful
    operation.
  • Air traffic controllers, aircraft mechanics,
    airport administrators, aeronautical engineers,
airfield operators, and other professionals work
    in the aviation industry.
  • Every employee plays a critical part in ensuring
that every flight takes off and lands safely.

The roles in the aviation industry are as
follows
  • Air traffic controller An air traffic controller
is responsible for monitoring and directing
traffic both on the ground and in the air. They
keep track of flight schedules and train pilots
on takeoffs, landings, and runways, among other
things. They're also in charge of communicating
with pilots in the event of an onboard emergency.
  • Aircraft mechanic Aircraft mechanics are in
charge of keeping an aircraft in good working
order. They conduct routine inspections of
aircraft's mechanical and electrical systems to
guarantee that each plane is ready to take off.

  • Aeronautical engineer Aeronautical engineers are
responsible for the design, development, and
    production of new aircraft.

of the behind-the-scenes operations of the
airport. From runway safety to airspace capacity
and airline schedule, everything is taken care
of. They play a critical role in smoothing out
    day-to-day aviation operations.
  • Pilots and co-pilots Pilots and co-pilots are in
charge of receiving directions from ground crews
