two, its fine. Exercising for 30 minutes or 45
minutes boost your mood, improve your sleep, and
help cope with stress, anxiety, depression,
etc. Exercise is not just about muscle size or
aerobic capacity. Yes, the desire to have a
physique you envy, trim your waistline, improve
the shape of your arms and things, and add years
to life by burning calories. But most people
exercise to stay fit, healthy, and concern for
the well-being. Those who have made a habit of
exercising daily give them the feeling of an
energetic vibe. They are active, conscious, and
