  • 2 large-sized potatoes
  • Water for washing the potatoes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • dry fruits like Almonds, raisins, cashews and

Notes for making perfect Potato Chivda
Rinse the peeled potatoes and pat dry on a cotton

potatoes should be grated thickly with a thick
grater. While deep frying, fry these potato
sticks in small batches without overcrowding the
pan, on a low-medium flame to cook evenly.
