when the bones meeting at the joint are dislodged

    weakness in that area.

joint. Ligament can be damaged by moving the
joint beyond its typical range of motion or

  • TORN CARTILAGE
  • One of the most common and serious injuries in
dynamic sports such as games. Cartilage lines at
the end of bones and can be damaged through
twisting acitons. Cartilage has no blood supply
so it can not heal itself. Therefore damaged
cartilage is normally removed by a surgical
    procedure.

need the wrap the injured area with the medical
bandage, not too tightly or not too loose.

action of elevating your injured body parts above
the level of heart. Which helps reducing pain.
