Printed Lanyards
There are many terms for company lanyards, the
most popular being custom lanyards, personalized
lanyards, branded lanyard, lanyards UK, printed
lanyards, we print lanyards, promotional lanyards.

Polyester Lanyards
The polyester lanyard is the most popular style
of lanyard mainly due to the cost, it can be
printed 1 4 spot colours and the material comes
in a range of stock colours. Its possible to
dye the material to your specific corporate
colour. The material is ribbed and most
customers order with a safety break.

Dye Sublimation Lanyards
Dye sublimation is a process of printing onto
graphic paper and then using a heat process to
infuse the design into the material. The
polyester is a flat smooth material which makes
it easier to print on. This is a cost effective
way to print full colour complicated designs that
will never scratch away.

Express Lanyards
We print onto these express lanyards using a
digital press, the material is a smooth flat
polyester and the service we is either a 3 or 5
day express service. We might be able to produce
these quicker depending on the production
schedule but always worth checking.

Open Ended Lanyards
Open Ended which is also called double clip
lanyards is similar to the standard polyester
ones but with an extra clip. These have become
more popular but slight more expensive due to the
complexity. It means your card holder or ID
badge will not rotate compared to that of a one
clip version.

Recycled PET Lanyards
Recycled Lanyards are manufactured from recycled
PET. What is PET, basically plastic bottles that
are recycled. Bottles made of polyethylene
terephthalate (PET, sometimes PETE) can be reused
and the material out of which they are made used
to make our lanyards. This helps to reduce the
amount of waste going into landfills and doing
something to help the environment. Available in 4
standard colours.

Woven Lanyards
Woven Lanyards which is the traditional jacquard
weaving lanyard has your logo woven into the
material. This is totally bespoke, as it is an
integral part of the fabric and looks fantastic.
With the use of threads, the message or logo is
woven into the lanyard with polyester twill
fabric to make superior woven lanyards. They are
also available in different sizes and these
products are highly durable

Tubular Lanyards
These seem very popular with shop workers and
also called shoe lace lanyards. This is because
the material style is like a shoe lace and comes
in 10mm, 12mm and 15mm width. Printed 1 4 spot
colours.

Nylon Lanyards
Nylon Lanyards are very similar to polyester
lanyards but appear shinier and are thicker in
texture which allows for a better quality
illustration. Imprints and logos stand out more
against this vibrant look and a silky feel this
comes in 3 available sizes, 10mm, 15mm and 20mm.
Its one of our high value and cost efficient
options, nylon lanyards offer customers more for
their money.
