such as Udemy, Coursera or many other online
education portals  are offering all kinds of
courses for business, graduation,
self-development, It software, music and many
more absolutely free of cost.

Start New Hobbies 
It's a great time to start a new hobby or you can
do things that you have always been fascinated
about like playing guitar, singing, dancing,
writing, photography or anything within your
house.

Do Exercise 
External and internal, both are important,
exercise was a great way for me to manage my
hormone related anxiety and insomnia. There is

calm my mind and slow my heart rate and think
