  old version to new version.

Prepare your data file for backup

• Remove your data file password-
• Go to FilegtSet Password
• Select Use this File without password
• Enter your current Password
• Click OK
• Validate your file in Quicken for Windows-
• Go to FilegtFile OperationsgtValidate Repair

• Click OK
