  Association in 1999. This organization originally
  created and managed two programs that were
  incubated by the Innovations for Poverty
  Alleviation Clean Water Waters for Secure Water
  Resources and the World Initiative Law.While
  emerging from a need to manage these programs,
  the Dripping Waters Assistance Society has
  devised a process to scale the gap between the
  organization's larger-scale, proven interventions
  and create measurable impacts on millions of
  people.
