  in property like house building, apartment or
  vacation house where a person or family pays you
  to live in their property.
• The time or period of their stay is based upon
  the rental agreement or the agreement they
  signed, known as lease agreement.

  months

• Commercial investment consist mainly of office
  building and skyscrapers.
• If you spent some of your savings and build a
  small building with personal offices you can give
  theme on rent to companies and small business
  owners, who would pay rent to use your property.
• It is not strange for commercial real estate to
  sign a rent agreement for more than one year.
• This could result in higher income and also can
  defend the owner when rent prices drops, however
  if the rent prices increases for a short period
  of time it may not be possible to increase the
  rent as office building is on old agreement.
