service in which you can set an automatic reply
to your account whenever you are out of office or

This facility is very useful as it sends an
automatic reply to your contacts that you are out
of domain and you will not be available to reply
soon. Follow the below mentioned steps in order
to get this settings enabled in your account

  • First, sign-in to your account by entering your
    credentials such as your username and password.
  • In your home page, choose the files option and in
    that the automatic replies column.
  • To send a predefined message to your contacts,
    select the inside my organization column.
  • In the box provided below, type in your text that
    you want to send by default.

  • If you want to send these replies to specific
    users only then choose send to my contacts only
    option. If you do not make this change then this
    reply will be sent to all your received mails
    without differentiating promotions, adds, junk
    mails etc.
  • Finally, press OK to mark your changes and you
    are done.

You can set a date from which to which you want
to send these messages. After that period, this
feature will be disabled automatically. By
default, there is no time limit and then you have
