Coco Peat
  • Coco Peat also known as coir fibre pith, coir
block, coir dust, or simply coir, is made from
coconut husks, which are byproducts of other
    industries that use coconuts.
  • Coir waste from coir fiber industries is washed,
heat-treated, screened and graded before being
processed into coco peat products of various
granularity and denseness, which are then used
    for horticultural and agricultural applications
    and as industrial absorbent.
  • It is usually shipped in the form of compressed
bales, briquettes, slabs or discs, the end user
usually expands and aerates the compressed coco
peat by the addition of water.

Coco peat 5Kg Block
  • Coco Peat also known as coir fibre pith, coir
block, coir dust, or simply coir, is made from
coconut husks, which are byproducts of other
    industries that use coconuts.

650Gms Briquette(coir block)
  • Coco Peat is the only Bio Organic Substrate that
has very unique characteristics which promotes
plant growth exponentially. It's derived from the
coconut husk and unlike peat moss coco peat is a
    renewable resource.

7
Coir Disk
  • The coconut fibers plant disk is completely
biodegradable and natural. The coconut fibers
plant disk allows keeping the girth of plants and
trees without weed. It preserves the humidity at
the foot of the plants and does not obstruct
    their growth.

8
Coco Husk
  • Husks are the rough exterior shells of the
coconut, the husk can be used in several ways,
including creating enriched potting soil and as
chips that can be used to provide ground cover
    for flower beds.

9
Coir Fibre
  • Coconut fibre or coir is a product which is
extracted from the outer shell of the coconut
fruit. It is used in a variety of ways worldwide,
being especially popular for rope and matting,
and there are a number of sources for coir and
coir products. Coir comes from a matted fibrous
layer found between the inner and outer husks of
    the coconut.
  • There are Two Types of coir Fibre.
  • White coir Fibre
  • Brown Coir Fibre

10
White coir Fibre
  • WhiteCoir Fiber is also known as yarn fibre, mat
fibre or retted fiber and is golden yellow in
color. We obtain this coir fibre by
    soakingfreshgreen immature coconut husks in
    saline water.

11
Brown Coir Fibre
  • Brown Fiber or Mattress Fibre is a natural fibre
extracted from the husk of coconut and used in
products such as floor mats, doormats, brushes,
mattresses, etc. Technically, coir is the fibrous
material found between the hard, internal shell
and the outer coat of a coconut.
  • Other uses of brown coir (made from ripe coconut)
are in upholstery padding, sacking and
horticulture. White coir, harvested from unripe
coconuts, is used for making finer brushes,
    string, rope and fishing nets

12
Coir Rope
  • Coir rope has many uses, including tying up
animals, securing loads, and webbing for beds.
Coir fibre is also used to make other things like
    brushes, doormats, mattress filling, padding
inside furniture, sacking, garden twine, and
matting for pot plants and gardens.
  • Products made from good quality coir absorb water
without weakening the fibres. Coir is the only
natural fibre that resists damage by salt water.
  • Two Types of coir Rope
  • curled coir
  • coir yarn

13
Curled Coir
  • Twisted fibre is a very popular method of
transporting fibre. Both Mattress fibre Mix
fibre can be twisted in to coils. 20kg coils are
the most commonly used size of a coil, however 50
kg or even 100kg coils also could be made out of
    our twisting machinery.

14
Coir Yarn
  • Coir Yarn is widely demanded by innumerable
industries, owing to its attributes like optimum
quality and natural properties. Used for making
varied different coir products, that is made out
of the fibre extracted from coconut husk.
  • Spun with traditional rats and fully automatic
    spinning machines. Environmental friendly, this
coir yarn is available in different qualities and
grades based on the quality of fibre used and
    nature of the twist.
  • Coir Yarn is generally of 2 ply, 3 ply spun from
coir fibre by hand as well as with the help of
    traditional rats, fully automatic spinning
machines etc. Available in different forms like
    hydraulically pressed bales, spools bobbins,
    dolls and balls..

15
Coir LOGS
