We are incredibly excited to start our year
with todays announcement of 45M in funding and
fantastic additions to our management team Chris
Smith for WW Field Operations and Andrew Bartlam
for EMEA Sales. This investment from new
investors, participation of our existing
investors, and expansion of team with world class
executives is further validation of our ongoing
success. There are many things that go into
building a successful company and Instart Logic
is no different. CUSTOMERS It all starts and
ends with successful customers, who love working
with us. In 2015, we tripled our sales, and
became the application delivery standard at
companies like Office Depot International, Kate
Spade, Tui Travel, Atlantic Media and Washington
Post. Our maniacal focus on the success of our
customers has enabled us to enjoy eye-popping
renewal and churn rates, and build
an enterprise-grade support and services team. We
couldn't have gotten here without the trust and
confidence of our customers, and I am extremely
grateful to them for trusting us with the
delivery of their mission critical infrastructure
applications. As we grow the company, we will
continue to strive to be a better partner for
them every day. TECHNOLOGY Our end-to-end
delivery platform that uses machine learning to
offer performance and security features to
customers is one of a kind in the market. In
2015, we solidified our position as the most
innovative company in the application delivery
market with the release of capabilities
like JavaScript Streaming, JavaScript
Interception and One Time Cache. By partnering
with industry leaders like Verisign, Dyn, Magento
and ChinaCache, we are quickly becoming the
preferred company to work with for enterprise
customers. TEAM In the last 12 months, we have
made several major additions to our executive
team. With their experience of leading multiple
private companies to become market-making public
corporations, we feel confident in their ability
to take us to 1B in revenue and beyond. We have
grown the company headcount by 2x, attracting
talent from companies like Google, Netflix,
Cisco, Twitter, etc. Our goal since inception has
been to build the best team in business, and that
has enabled us to be the 1 startup to work for
in America in 2015. While 2015 was an amazing
year for us, I am even more excited about 2016.
With the cash reserves from our last three
oversubscribed rounds in the bank, with help from
our strategic investors, and under the field
leadership of Chris, I am looking forward to
seeing Instart Logic take an unfair share of the
market this coming year.
