• Who We Are?
• Cheyney is situated in the beautiful countryside
  of South Cambridgeshire, the team have idyllic
  base from which to develop their creative
  talents. This has been the center of our
  operations for nearly 26 years and is ideally
  located midway between two of the London
  airports, and just over 30 minutes from central
  London. With our connections to the nearby
  University, CDD is able to support innovation
  through collaboration and investment.

• The Company takes its name from Cheyneys Lodge,
  the property that was its home for nearly 25
  years until 2010. Cheyney ( Products ) is a
  famous name in this area of South Cambridgeshire,
  with historical references going back to the year
  1248.
• The team at Cheyney has been behind numerous
  challenging inspection applications, including
  very low energy Xray techniques, high speed
  visual inspection and precision measurement of
  automotive, aerospace and military components.
  Currently research is on-going in a number of
  innovative technology areas, involving Xrays,
  microwaves and visible light spectra.

Associate Companies Francescan SA Francescan is a
supplier of Xray equipment and services to the
food and pharmaceutical industries. It is a
member of the Sapphire Alliance group of Xray
system manufacturers, and is based in Beaujolais,
near Lyon, France.   Absolute Audio Visual
Solutions Absolute is based in Melbourn, South
Cambridgeshire provides event management
services, and supplies and rents audio visual
equipment.   Cheyney Estates LLP Cheyney Estates
is a property owner and manager based in South
Cambridge shire. The company offers air
conditioned research and office facilities, on
flexible or long-term bases.   Sapphire
Inspection Systems Sapphire inspection systems
are a 3 tier supplier for end of line inspection
to the food and pharaceutical inspection markets.
