    Footnotes. These can be Individually Created
    Notes or Generically used from the Clipboard
    Text Notes (which was just covered)

    Footnotes. There should be 7 items generic in
    nature and most likely already created when the
    Gradebook was originally setup (Class Options)

  • A Teacher Generic NOTE can be created or edited
    by clicking on the Clipboard and Edit Clipboard
    Text

    be used by clicking on the Clipboard Text Icon
    and then selected

    clipboard the panel looks like this
  • Notice the Score Cell
  • The upper right corner, showing an little
    square in will indicate that there is a NOTE
    with this grade/score

  • Student Generic Footnote can be created or
    edited by clicking on the Edit Clipboard Text
    usually there are 7
  • The Score cell will show the footnote number on
    both the Score Sheet, The Score Panel, and on
    reports

  • The lower left of the Score Cell shows the number
    of the item selected
  • When printing out a report the symbols will
    appear, but the Teacher Note will NOT be stated

  • EGP allows customization of the Scores and
    Attendance Data Column Sheets

  • Student Identification Number
  • Grade
  • When posting grades attendance data It is
    recommended
  • NOT to use Names

    viewing of score types

  • Check the viewing display before printing
  • Printing Options Data Display may differ

  • May save resources
  • Especially, when 9 weeks of attendance is
    printed out, but only 1 week in school

  • Make your election
  • Release the mouse

    be viewed, with no other student data seen

    Assignment Data to be views by Rows
  • Just like the Columns
  • The Data (in rows) can be
    view by the same items, except for
    grades / scores data
