Observations Conclusions
  • Demonstrated International interest in
    abbreviated dialing code(s) for traveler
    information systems (Finland, Australia, UK)

    in-vehicle navigation systems
  • Business models for sustainability will depend
    on integration of technologies (web, cells
    phones, PDAs, podcasts, etc.) for delivery
  • Cooperative business models between
    municipalities, and/or between private and
    public sectors possible for expanding systems
    services
