Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of medicine
  with completion of a one-year internship and/or
  completion of residency program in a primary care
  setting
• Possession of a State of Oregon Medical License
  at the time of employment
• Possession of a current DEA Controlled Substance
  Registration
• Eligibility for appointment to the medical staff
  at local hospitals

Compensation and Benefits

• 96,553 - 144,951/annually
• Oregon Public Service Retirement Plan (OPSRP)
  County-paid contributions
• Choice of 2 medical plans, covering employee
  family County paid premiums
• Choice of 2 dental plans, covering employee
  family County paid premiums
• Vision plan, covering employee family County
  paid premiums
• Group term life insurance amount equal to salary
• County paid long-term disability
• 1 employer contribution to deferred compensation

• Time Management (TM) used for vacation and sick
  leave, beginning at 23 days the first year
• 40 hour TM bank at time of hire
• Ability to sell up to 80 hours of unused TM each
  year
• Nine paid holidays floater
• No inpatient rounds
• Yearly designation for continuing education, with
  up to 40 hours paid
• Licensure fees
• Full indemnification
• Up to two relevant paid association memberships
