DESCRIPTION
  • DS200SDCCG4A is a Drive Control board component
developed by General Electric under the Mark V
series. The component consists of three main
processor boards, Exciters, and primary control
    circuitry, these include 16 - a bit
    microprocessor and associated circuits coupled
    through dual-ported RAM.
  • DCC cards are located in location L1 of R, S, and
T Cores. It includes onboard test points for test
    and troubleshooting purposes.

5
DESCRIPTION
Test points are metal posts located in specific
signal parts. The signals can be measured or
viewed on an oscilloscope (or) other measuring
instruments. The moodle provides four reset
circuits, including a reset push button.
6
DESCRIPTION
  • The SDCC features mounting possibilities for
different auxiliary boards and modules. The SDCC
    can accommodate the following boards
  • DS215SLCC or 531X306LCC LAN Communications Card
  • 531X309SPC Signal Processor Card
  • DS200SPCB Multibridge Signal Processor Card

LED SCREEN
Faults 1 to 399 Slow blink rate, BCD pattern,
and faults 1 to 399 (left-most two LEDs encode
the hundreds digit next four, the tens digit
rightmost, the units digit) Faults 400 to
1023 Binary pattern faster blinking faults 400
to 1023 (leftmost LED is 29 or 512, second-most
LED is 28 or 256, etc.) No-fault or drive not
running Sequential blinking, two at a time,
blinking from the outer positions toward the
center and backno-fault or drive not running.

APPLICATION DATA
Test points For testing and troubleshooting, the
SDCC has onboard test points. Test points are
metal posts situated along certain signal
pathways. On an oscilloscope or other measuring
device, these signals can be observed or
measured.
9
Configurable Hardware
  • The SDCC has programmable hardware that needs to
be configured appropriately for the application
  • Berg-type (manually moveable) hardware jumpers,
    denoted by a JP nomenclature
  • Wire jumpers, distinguished by a WJ nomenclature

10
Software Configuration Tools
The ST2000, GE Control System Toolbox, or LynxOS
Drive Configurator must be used for any software
modification, download, or replacement on the
SDCC. For any software modifications, the ST2000,
GE Control System Toolbox, or LynxOS Drive
Configurator instruction book, a suitable PC, and
the relevant drive/exciter instruction book are
also needed.
