Looking ahead one assignment

• 9/27 Sketch best concept
• 200 word Scenario
• 8-12 frame Story Board, 10 (Power points are OK
  but I dont like them as much --- they cant be
  left for view Better in a company to have
  display board)
• The Story Board is laid out to tell a story
  like a cartoon strip tells a story maybe without
  any words
  
• Our Story Board is not a cartoon in the funny
  sense (though it can be if you want to) More
  that it can temporally tell how the user
  interacts with the product

Product Introduction

• To be a successful farmer or gardener a person
  must have a good handle on the amount of water
  the crop is receiving. Different crops require
  different amounts of water at different times
  throughout the growing season. It is the farmers
  or gardeners job to monitor the water intake,

• The Moisture Peak is a moisture tool that is a
  wireless moisture meter for detecting water on or
  beneath various surfaces. This device will
  include a hand held device called the Peak and
  a detachable pin set called the Probe.

• The Peak will store the locations of varies
  probes that can be programmed into it and
  moisture readings that the probes record. The
  Peak will alarm when a particular probe is out of
  its programmed reading or it can be used to
  simply check random readings at specific
  locations.

• Today moisture meters are generally geared
  toward the handyman or contractor. The intention
  of this product will be targeted for the farmer
  or home gardener. A person will be able to
  monitor moisture levels in varies locations of
  their crop, flower garden or yard by simply
  burying the Probe and tracking readings through
  the Peak. Since pins are used for the detection
  of moisture the Moisture Peak can also be used to
  check the dryness on lumber, drywall, fiberboard,
  etc.

• The Peak will include a memory card, LCD
  screen, PC Card, batteries, and a plastic
  housing. The Probes will include pins that sense
  moisture, a homing device, a micro chip that
  links with the PC card, and a plastic housing.
