- This session will enable participants to extend
their understanding of the coaching process and
take steps to develop key skills. - Suitable for any level of managers, or academic

- Newly appointed managers or those without formal
management training - Assumes no previous knowledge, training or
experience in management - Starts in November 2008 and end in May 2009

- This programme of workshops is designed for
managers at any level who would like to develop
and/or refresh their management skills, knowledge
and competencies. - It is recommended that you attend all the
modules, however each module is designed as a
stand-alone workshop - Modules repeated annually to aid flexibility (or
more often if demand, according to available
budgets)
