• hospital staff, donors wishes, donor families,
  OneLegacy, best practices
• Fight for
• donors rights, donation opportunities, your
  policies processes

Where Do You Start?

• Partner with other supporters
• Educate at every opportunity
• RNs, MDs, House Staff, RTs, SWs, Chaplains
• OL classes/Learning Sessions, Skills Labs,
  orientations, staff meetings, critical care
  classes, MD committees
• Reward, Recognize, Appreciate Support
• Staff accept awards, thank yous from leadership,
  unit celebrations, participation in the Rose
  Ceremony, be visible or at least available
• Showcase the successes
• Donor Case Outcomes, OL letters, e-mails to
  leadership, articles in hospital publications,

• Theres no process that always works
• Dont hesitate to ask for change
