5 Predictable Stages when a S.E.E. occurs
  • 1. SHOCK/DENIAL
  • --- I cant believe it.
  • --- Youve got to be kidding.
  • --- This burns me up.
  • --- They make me sick.

2. FLOOD OF EMOTIONS.
  • Usually ANGER.
  • Hate your Job.
  • Extremely Critical of Others.

3. BARGAIN.
  • Try to bring back, Good Ole Days.
  • Do we have to do it like this?

4. DEPRESSION.
  • All Change Produces LOSS.
  • Loss produces GRIEF.
  • It is not only NORMAL, but it is necessary.

  • Grief is often perceived as DEPRESSION/ LOW
    MORALE.
  • Tough area to manage.
  • People have no ENERGY.

  • Easier to manage an ANGRY employee than one in
    DEPRESSION.
  • Complacency is rampant.
  • DONT GET STUCK HERE.

  • If thats what they want, well do it.
  • Intellectual and Emotional acceptance.

Flow.
  • Never Tell People You Dont Know if You Do.
  • Can say, Im not allowed to reveal that.

    want to know something, all they have to do is

  • Build good support systems.

    late.

  • 2. Breathing- Pay attention to it.
  • 3. Eating Pace- Living pace.
