  • The analysis of this data indicated that a major
    change was necessary not a single Southwest
    ticket was purchased by the on-site agency

Transition business model
  • An RFP was won by a leisure travel company who
    agreed to maintain the on-site agency
  • This relationship was relatively short lived due
    to the agency being unable to capture the leisure
    travel of students and employees and hence not
    enough commission money to justify the on-site
    agent salary
