Fabrication Process

• Prepare positive model
• Fabricate and fit pelite liner to positive model
• Add cap and buildups to tibial crest and fibula
  head

• Drill holes on positive model at posterior and
  anterior for index mark

• Pull co polyester over special vacuum apparatus

• Drill holes in plastic around model to place
  screws for casing for silicone injection process
• Trim plastic

• Carefully separate plastic from model and remove
  pelite liner
• Cut reservoir slots for silicone overflow
• Replace plastic shell on model and install screws

• Drill hole in plastic shell for silicone
  injection
• Place in jig for injection
• Inject durometer 20 silicone at distal end of
  shell
• Let cure for 4 hours

• For dual durometer liner cut out build-ups on
  silicone
• Drill holes in plastic shell for injection at
  build-ups and replace plastic shell
• Inject silicone durometer 10 into build-up areas
• Let cure for 1 ½ hours
• Remove liner and finish edges
