  • ESF designed to complement mainstream progs
    second full Level 2, other Level 3/VRQ units -
    continuing despite Train to Gain/SME
    flexibilities.
  • Full qualifications should be on the LAD and
    units/part awards accredited on NDAQ to encourage
    progression.
  • A minimum of 2 units to be delivered for
    unit/part awards at Level 2 3 except assessors
    verifiers.
