  Catalina Pizarro Altamarino.

• He was highly educated and attended the
  University of Salamanca.
• He was a Spanish conquistador and explorer.
• He was famous as the Spanish conqueror of the
  Aztec empire, and Mexico.

What He Did

• He conquered the Aztec Empire.
• He explored Santo Domingo (which is now called
  the Dominican Republic.
• He led a group into Honduras.
• He built Mexico City.
• He explored the northwestern part of Mexico.
• He discovered the Baja California peninsula.

His Time To Die

• He soon went back to Spain at the age of 47 and
  spent most of the rest of his life there until he
  died near Seville in 1547at the age of 52.
