RULES
  • Enter room in a proper, professional manner.
  • Keep personal items (notebooks, purses) on
    center table.
  • Go to assigned computer. You will be held
    accountable for any actions involving your
  • work station.
  • Never share Passwords.
  • Sit up straight in chairs, with feet flat on
    floor
  • (including chair legs).

RULES cont.
  • Only ink will be used in computer labs.
  • All students should raise their hand for
    help. Never be afraid to ask.
  • Adjusting equipment or changing any settings
    will be considered hacking.
  • No E-MAIL Allowed!
  • Labs are a NO gum, candy, food or drink
    environment.
  • Clear work station of trash on floor, table and
    around computer. Even if that thrash does not
    belong to you.

  • Do not remove paper from printer,
  • ask your teacher.
  • Do not use disks and pin/jump drives without
    permission.
  • When Class is over-Log Off
  • When dismissed, carefully push chair in under
    your computer station and place keyboard, mouse
    and headphones in proper position.

VIOLATION OF ANY OF THE ABOVE RULES MAY BE CAUSE
FOR
  • REMOVAL FROM THE COMPUTER
  • SUSPENSION OF COMPUTER PRIVILEGES
  • REPORTING TO THE ADMINISTRATION
  • POSSIBLE MONETARY REIMBURSEMENT FOR DAMAGES
  • CONSEQUENCE DEPENDS UPON TYPE OF VIOLATION

  • USERNAME IS first name.last name
  • ex. Jane.smith
  • PASSWORD IS Last 4 of your ID
  • ex. 4398
  • Remember to ALWAYS log off
  • when class is over.

  • CLICK ON INTERNET ICON ON DESKTOP
  • ALWAYS FOLLOW YOUR TEACHERS ASSIGNMENT
  • IF INAPPRORIATE WEBSITE COMES UP LET TEACHER KNOW
    IMMEDIATELY
  • NO FREE SEARCHING UNLESS GIVEN PERMISSION
  • USE LIBRARY DATABASES FOUND ON THE FMS HOMEPAGE.
