ITS Canada 511 Initiative so far, a two-phased
plan

• Phase 1 - bootstrapped by ITS Canada
• create a 511 Consortium
• Phase 2 - led by the 511 Consortium
• secure 511 telephone number allocation for a
  traveller information service from CRTC, as soon
  as possible
