History
  • 1997 Law students propose a transactional law
    clinic
  • 1998 Prof. Morsch signed on to carry out the
    vision of helping entrepreneurs with minimal
    resources and exposing law students to
    transactional law practice.
  • 1998 Student Board formed to help carry out
    their vision for the clinic

SBOC Clinic
  • Enrollment of 18 students/semester
  • Over 300 clients served by students since 1998,
    over 1200 requests for services
  • Client make-up
  • 60 women
  • 50 minorities
  • Most are working poor
  • Many not-for-profit businesses
